About Curtis L. Bowe

OVERVIEW

Curtis L. Bowe, III has dedicated his career to representing individuals, as well as private and public entities across diverse industries in active litigation and trial practice. He has represented entities and individuals in telecommunications, electronics, general civil and complex litigation, juvenile and family (domestic), security, crisis intervention/crisis response, admiralty/maritime and marine law, regulatory and compliance, healthcare regulatory and compliance (large health care systems and privately held companies), as well as civil rights, discrimination, labor and employment, and special education litigation. He has done so before state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout Tennessee and the United States. His experience includes litigation involving vendor dispute liability, covenants not to compete, employee fiduciary duty of loyalty disputes, contractual disputes, a litany of discrimination claims, as well as common law claims arising under federal and state law.
